Sen. Alexander Issues Delivers Speech on Cost-Sharing Payments

WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- The office of Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn., chairman of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, issued the following floor speech on hardworking Tennesseans - not insurance companies - are the ones hurt by Congressional inaction on cost-sharing payments:
"Mr. President, when the 18 million Americans in the individual insurance market--those are Americans, shop keepers, songwriters, farmers - men and women who don't get health ins . . .
