HARRISBURG, Pa., Oct. 30 -- The Pennsylvania Department of Education issued the following news:
Education Secretary Pedro A. Rivera announced the appointment of Dr. Noe Ortega as the new Deputy Secretary for the Office of Postsecondary and Higher Education at the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE).
