ST. PAUL, Minn., Oct. 30 -- The Minnesota Department of Transportation issued the following news release:
Minnesota State Patrol Lt. Brad Norland was among the 10 individuals and organizations honored by Minnesota Toward Zero Deaths for their work to improve traffic safety. The awards were announced at the statewide TZD conference Oct. 26-27 in St. Paul.
Norland received the Enforcement Star Award.
