HOUSTON, Oct. 30 -- The University of St. Thomas issued the following news release:
Dr. Higinia Torres Rimbau, director of Bilingual and Dual Language Programs at the University of St. Thomas School of Education, was selected for a Fulbright Fellowship in Paris, France, where she will work with local educators to address vulnerable populations.
