EDMOND, Okla., Oct. 30 -- The University of Central Oklahoma issued the following news release:
Gov. Mary Fallin has appointed University of Central Oklahoma Associate Professor Mark Maddy, Ed.D., to the Oklahoma Developmental Disabilities Planning Council, an independent agency that assists a diverse group of people with mental or physical impairments.
