WASHINGTON, Oct. 30 -- The National Education Association issued the following news release:
The Trump administration unleashed its Immigration and Customs Enforcement on a 10-year-old with cerebral palsy. Rosa Maria Hernandez came to the United States when she was just three months old. Federal agents detained her after her emergency surgery at a hospital in Corpus Christi. She currently sits alone in a detention shelter in San Antonio.
