WASHINGTON, Oct. 30 -- Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, issued the following remarks at a memorial service at the Pentagon honoring the 10 sailors whose lives were lost aboard the USS John S. McCain:
