HARRISBURG, Pa., Oct. 5 -- The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture issued the following news release:
Secretary of Agriculture Russell Redding and Secretary of Education Pedro A. Rivera today joined more than 1,700 school children from the mid-state region who attended Farm City Day at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center for an up-close glimpse of modern agriculture and the chance to learn about career paths ranging from aquaponics to veterinary science.
