TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Oct. 6 -- Gov. Rick Scott, R-Fla., issued the following news release:
Today, Governor Rick Scott directed the Florida Department of Education (DOE) to waive rules and regulations to ensure Puerto Rican students impacted by Hurricane Maria are able to continue their education in Florida.
