CAMDEN, N.J., Oct. 6 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, William E. Fitzpatrick, issued the following news release:
A Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, man today admitted defrauding New Jersey state health benefits programs and other insurers out of millions of dollars by submitting fraudulent claims for medically unnecessary prescriptions, Acting U.S. Attorney William E.
