RICHMOND, Va., Oct. 3 -- The University of Richmond issued the following news release:
Erwin Chemerinsky, newly appointed dean at University of California, Berkeley School of Law, will give a lecture Oct. 12, at 4 p.m. in the University of Richmond School of Law's Moot Courtroom. His presentation will focus on the topic of free speech on campus with a Q&A to follow.
Chemerinsky is the author of 10 books, including "The Case Against the Supreme Court" . . .
