WASHINGTON, Sept. 15 -- The office of Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Rob Portman (R-OH), Tammy Baldwin (D-WI), Susan Collins (R-ME) and Bob Casey (D-PA) have introduced bipartisan legislation to extend the federal Perkins Loan Program for two years.
