PORTLAND, Ore., Sept. 14 -- Portland Community College issued the following news:
Undocumented students will soon have a space to fulfill their dreams of a post-secondary education.
This fall, through the Oregon Immigrant and Refugee Funders Collaborative, Meyer Memorial Trust awarded Portland Community College Foundation a $50,000 grant to help launch the DREAM Center (Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors) within the Multicultural Center at the Rock Cree . . .
