WASHINGTON, Sept. 14 -- Rep. Tom O'Halleran, D-Ariz., issued the following news release:
Today, Congressman Tom O'Halleran (AZ-01) voted against H.R. 3354, the FY 2018 federal spending bill, citing deep cuts to Pell Grants, infrastructure projects, and law enforcement, among other programs.
"I cannot support a bill that uses American tax dollars to fund a border wall and pays for it by making deep cuts to critical, proven programs that keep our families s . . .
