BISMARCK, N.D., Sept. 14 -- The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction issued the following news release:
State Superintendent Kirsten Baesler on Monday announced that Lynae J. Holmen, a special education teacher at Longfellow Elementary School in Minot, is a finalist for the North Dakota Teacher of the Year award.
