WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- The office of Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Rob Portman (R-OH) and Patty Murray (D-WA), and Representatives Katherine Clark (D-MA) and Don Young (R-AK) introduced the Higher Education Access and Success for Homeless and Foster Youth Act today to help remove barriers and provide support to help homeless and foster kids access and succeed in higher education.
