WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- Rep. Evan Jenkins, R-W.Va., issued the following news release:

U.S. Representative Evan Jenkins (R-W.Va.) has asked Education Secretary Betsy DeVos to renew Davis & Elkins College's Veterans Upward Bound program funding.
