JAMESTOWN, N.D., Sept. 11 -- The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction issued the following news release:

State Superintendent Kirsten Baesler on Monday announced that Jamestown teacher Heather Tomlin-Rohr had been chosen as a finalist for the 2018 North Dakota Teacher of the Year Award.
