NORFOLK, Va., Aug. 25 -- Tidewater Community College issued the following news release:
Tidewater Community College and Virginia Wesleyan University are new community partners in offering a $10,000 scholarship to residents of Virginia Beach.
The Virginia Beach College Success Scholarship is designed for students who complete an Associate of Arts or an Associate of Science at TCC and plan to complete their bachelor's degrees at Virginia Wesleyan University (VWU).
