AUGUSTA, Maine, Aug. 25 -- The Maine Labor Relations Board issued the following notice:
The RSU 23 Education Association and RSU 23 have filed a duly executed Agreement on Appropriate Bargaining Unit (MLRB Form 1) with this office memorializing their agreement that the following described unit is appropriate for the purposes of collective bargaining:
INCLUDED: Public employees as defined by 26 MRSA section 962(6) in the following certified or licensed professional staff . . .
