FRESNO, Calif., Aug. 24 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California, Phillip A. Talbert, issued the following news release:
Jack Mootz, 63, of Sacramento, formerly of Fresno, was sentenced on Wednesday to nine years in prison for receipt and distribution of child pornography, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.
