COLUMBUS, Ohio, Aug. 24 -- Gov. John Kasich, R-Ohio, has issued the following news release:
Today Governor John R. Kasich announced the appointment of Robert Vaughn of South Charleston (Clark Co.) to serve as a judge on the Clark County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations and Juvenile Division. Vaughn will assume office on October 2, 2017. He must run in November 2018 to retain the seat for the full term commencing January 2, 2019. Vaughn is replacing Judge Joseph N. Monnin wh . . .
