Medical Examiner: Pedestrian, Meth Deaths Up in 2016

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 24 -- San Diego County issued the following news:

Pedestrian fatalities reached their highest number in decades, while methamphetamine-related deaths and homicides also increased last year compared to recent years. Those were among the findings noted in the San Diego County Medical Examiner's just-released 2016 Annual Report.
