PIERRE, S.D., Aug. 23 -- The South Dakota Democratic Party issued the following statement by Executive Director Sam Parkinson on the release of emails related to the GEAR UP program, which show that Education Secretary Melody Schopp was warned of corruption as early as January 2011:
