TULSA, Okla., Aug. 23 -- Public Service Company of Oklahoma issued the following news release:
"Dare To Be Different" is the theme for this year's series of Oklahoma FFA Chapter Officer Leadership Training (COLT) Conferences, the first of which will be held August 29 at the Southeast Expo Center in McAlester. The half-day event is sponsored by Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO).
