LATHAM, N.Y., Aug. 22 -- The New York State School Boards Association issued the following statement by Executive Director Timothy G. Kremer on grades 3-8 test results:
The announcement today of statewide test results in grades 3-8 English language arts and math exams represents a mixed bag.
