DALLAS, Aug. 22 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas, John R. Parker, issued the following news release:
A 42-year-old illegal alien from Honduras, Elmer Franky Ortiz, who was living in Carrollton, Texas, pleaded guilty in April 2017 to one count of receipt of a visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
