Penn State President Issues Statement on Spencer to Speak at Penn State

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa., Aug. 22 -- Pennsylvania State University issued the following statement by President Eric J. Barron on Richard Spencer not being welcome to speak at Penn State:
"In light of the recent violence and tragedy in Charlottesville, Penn State has evaluated a request for Richard Spencer, who is president of the National Policy Institute, to speak on the University Park campus this fall.
