BELLOWS AIRFIELD, Hawaii, Feb. 8 -- The U.S. Army issued the following news:
The commanding general of the Philippine Army learned the capabilities and reach of the Asia Pacific Counter IED Fusion Center following a brief and demonstration from the center's director and staff February 7.
Following his visit, Lt. Gen. Noel Coballes said he would like to have a similar training center dedicated to defeating explosive devices back in his home country.
