MINOT, N.D., Jan. 19 -- The office of Sen. Kent Conrad, D-N.D., issued the following news release:
Senator Kent Conrad today met with the leadership of Minot Air Force Base and inspected the 91st Missile Wing's new Missile Procedures Training Operations Facility (MPT). The state-of-the-art facility includes a simulated launch control capsule and prepares airmen and missileers to deal with real life weapon system situations.
