SACRAMENTO, Calif., Jan. 18 -- The California State Assembly Republican Caucus issued the following news release:

Senate Republican Leader Bob Huff, of Diamond Bar, and Assembly Republican Leader Connie Conway, of Tulare, today delivered a joint Republican response to Governor Brown's 2012 State of the State Address.
