WASHINGTON, Jan. 18 -- The Natural Resources Defense Council issued the following news release:
The following is a statement by Frances Beinecke, president of the Natural Resources Defense Council, regarding the Obama administration's decision on the Keystone XL tar sands oil pipeline:
