TRENTON, N.J., Jan. 17 -- The New Jersey Assembly's Democrats issued the following news release:
Legislation sponsored by Assembly members L. Grace Spencer, Valerie Vainieri Huttle, Albert Coutinho and Annette Quijano to protect sexually exploited minors has been signed into law.
