WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 -- The U.S. Department of Commerce's Patent & Trademark Office issued the following news release:
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has submitted reports for two intellectual property law studies required by the America Invents Act (AIA) to Congress.
