MESA, Ariz., Sept. 2 -- Mesa Community College issued the following news release:
MCC student Bryan Plummer has been named as a 2010 Leaders of Promise Scholar. He is one of 30 Phi Theta Kappa members from 20 states have been named recipients of the 2010 Phi Theta Kappa Leaders of Promise Scholarships. All scholars receive scholarships of $1,000 to further their associate degree studies.
