TIGARD, Ore., Sept. 1 -- The city of Tigard issued the following news release:
On Tuesday August 31st at around 8:30 pm officers responded to a disturbance and shots fired call at the Arbor Heights Apartments in Tigard. Officers from Tigard, Tualatin, Sherwood, King City and Washington County deputies arrived and found two adults (1 female and 1 male) deceased with gunshot wounds outside an apartment in a breeze way.
