RAINSVILLE, Ala., Sept. 2 -- Northeast Alabama Community College issued the following news release:
Domestic violence touches thousands of lives each year in North Alabama. Each year someone we know or live near dies because of it, but even with shocking statistics and even more shocking headlines about people who are victims of domestic violence we underestimate the danger it poses to our community. A crisis can occur in anyone's life when too many stresses occur at once.
