WASHINGTON, Sept. 1 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture issued the following news release:
Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack today announced investments in 28 states that will create jobs and improve needed infrastructure in rural communities across the nation. The projects are funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Recovery Act).
