ALTOONA, Pa., Sept. 1 -- Pennsylvania State University at Altoona issued the following news release:
Penn State Altoona will present a lecture by 1993 Penn State Honors graduate and "Daily Collegian" columnist Amanda Martin on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 from 12:15 - 1 p.m. in the Edith Davis Eve Chapel. Martin will discuss the upcoming vote in the United States Congress on the International Violence Against Women Act (IVAWA) within the context of her life experiences.
