AKRON, Ohio, Aug. 31 -- The Ohio Department of Natural Resources issued the following news release:
Richard T. Lowry, of Akron, has been promoted to area supervisor of state boating programs for a portion of northeast Ohio, according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Division of Watercraft. He will continue working out of the Akron area office located at 2756 S. Arlington Road.
