CHADRON, Neb., Aug. 31 -- Chadron State College issued the following news release:
The cover story for the summer issue of the International Tube Euphonium Association Journal is an interview with Dr. William Winkle, who was the band director and a music professor at Chadron State College for 34 years before retiring at the end of the 2004-05 school year.
