SPARTANBURG, S.C., Aug. 27 -- The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division issued the following news release:
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division announces the arrest of Dillon's mayor Pro-Tem accused of threatening to kill a man and hitting that person with his vehicle.
Randolph Stephen Gurley, 56, of 800 East Street, Dillon, S.C. is charged with Attempted Murder.
According to a SLED warrant, Gurley verbally threatened to kill the victim . . .
