NAPA, Calif., Aug. 26 -- Napa County issued the following news release:
Napa County has been recognized by the U.S. Census as an "outstanding partner" in encouraging residents to respond to the 2010 Census.
At the Aug. 24 of the Board of Supervisors, David Rosas, a partnership coordinator with the Census, presented Chair Diane Dillon with a plaque, citing the County's efforts to ask residents to return their census forms on time.
