AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 26 -- The Texas Parks and Wildlife issued the following news release:
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department will focus spending next year around a revised strategic plan created with input from stakeholders and field staff, plus continue major repairs and improvements at dozens of state parks as part of the agency's 2011 budget.
Like all state agencies, TPWD gets authorization to spend money in the form of appropriations from the Texas Leg . . .
