ALFRED, N.Y., Aug. 25 -- Alfred University issued the following news release:
The eclectic Underscore Orkestra, including Alfred University alumna Danielle Smith, will perform at AU on Saturday Sept. 4, at 8 p.m. in Holmes Auditorium, Harder Hall. The concert is free and open to the public.
The Underscore Orkestra, from Portland, OR, brings to the stage a romping mix of Balkan, Klezmer, Gypsy Jazz and Swing, with a repertoire consisting of both original and traditio . . .
