NAPA, Calif., Aug. 24 -- Napa County issued the following news release:
At its regular meeting today, the Napa County Board of Supervisors awarded more than half a million dollars in Tobacco Master Settlement grant funds to 11 local non-profit organizations that serve community health needs.
