NEW DELHI, Aug. 16 - The Ministry of External Affairs issued the following news release:

The External Affairs Minister Sh. S.M. Krishna, , inaugurated the second phase of the Pan-African e-Network Project covering twelve countries at TCIL Bhawan, New Delhi, in the presence of High Commissioners and Ambassadors of African countries and senior officers of MEA.
