Governor David A. Paterson today announced that he has acted on 137 bills, including issuing 34 vetoes. Of those, 24 include either unfunded mandates to State agencies and local governments, unfunded grants, an unfunded mandate to energy providers that would be passed on to ratepayers, and a pension sweetener.
