LaFollette Man Sentenced to 24 Months for $1.8 Million Check Fraud Scheme

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Aug. 11 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Federal Bureau of Investigation Knoxville Field Office issued the following news release:

John Dale Henegar, 42, of LaFollette, Tennessee was sentenced today by the Honorable Thomas A. Varlan, United States District Judge, to serve 24 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release. This sentence followed Henegar's guilty plea to bank fraud charges on January 25, 2010.
