WASHINGTON, Aug. 11 -- The National Petrochemical and Refiners Association issued the following news release:
The Keystone XL pipeline project represents a significant opportunity to strengthen our nation's energy and economic security. Canada is currently the largest source of petroleum imports to the United States, providing nearly 2 million barrels of oil per day. The proposed Keystone pipeline expansion would allow us to increase those imports from our North American ally . . .
